1. Who we are

Small Wins (smallwins.store) is a trade name of The Practice GCV, Volhardingstraat 112a, 2020 Antwerp, Belgium. Enterprise and VAT number: BE0832025319. Email: info@smallwins.store.

These terms apply to every order placed on smallwins.store. By placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Our products

We sell digital products: PDF guides, spreadsheets and printable pages. Each product page describes what is included, and shows sample pages so you can see the product before you buy. You need a device that can open PDF files, and a spreadsheet program (such as Excel or Google Sheets) for spreadsheet products.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include Belgian VAT. There are no shipping costs. You pay at checkout through the payment methods shown there. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Delivery

After payment, you get a download link on the confirmation page and by email. If you don't receive it within an hour, check your spam folder and then email us.

5. Right of withdrawal

For online purchases you normally have 14 days to withdraw. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once delivery has started, provided you agreed to this beforehand. At checkout you explicitly ask for immediate access and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal. Your order confirmation records this consent. That is why all sales are final. See our refund policy for what we do when something goes wrong.

6. Licence to use

When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself and your household. You may print it as often as you like for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or pass off the files (or parts of them) as your own, including for free. All content remains the intellectual property of The Practice GCV.

7. No financial advice, no guaranteed results

Our products offer general information and practical tools for managing personal money and routines. They are not personal financial, legal, tax or medical advice. Results depend on your own situation and actions, so we do not promise any specific outcome. For advice that fits your situation, speak to a qualified professional.

8. Liability

We make our products with care and fix any faulty file you report. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for decisions you make based on the general information in our products. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee for digital content that is faulty or not as described.

9. Privacy

We only use your personal data to process your order, deliver your products and, if you opted in, send you news. See our privacy policy for details.

10. Complaints

Email your complaint to info@smallwins.store. We reply within five working days. If we can't resolve it together, you can contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst / Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur, consumentenombudsdienst.be).

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you ordered.

12. Applicable law

Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the competent courts of Antwerp, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.
