Refund policy

All Small Wins products are digital downloads (PDF guides, spreadsheets and printables). You get access right after checkout.

All sales are final

Because you receive the files immediately and can keep them, we don't offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

Before you pay, you can see real pages from every product on its product page, so you know exactly what you're buying.

Your right of withdrawal (EU)

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content this right ends once the download is made available, but only if you agree to that first. At checkout you confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose the right of withdrawal. Your order confirmation records this.

If something is wrong, we fix it

We'll always help if:

your download link doesn't work or has expired
a file is damaged or won't open
you were charged twice for the same order
you received the wrong product

Email us at info@smallwins.store with your order number. We'll send working files or correct the order, usually within two working days. If we can't fix a problem that is on our side, we'll refund you.
